The new Kasala market is located at the heat of the busy market area of the city of Kasala on a lot that is approximately 1,632 square meters.The surrounding context of the project is rich with authentic heritage and a long history of local traditional craftsmanship.
The project features a modular system of commercial spaces with a clear circulation path that is directly linked to the three entrances leading to the market area in the ground floor. The project also features individual entrances to a 35 room hotel block on the south side as well as an office block on the north side of the project.
The first floor accommodates a large open air food court served by a series of fast food shops, a dedicated and secure children play area, and a classic high standard grand restaurant.
The project is designed to respond to the commercial and entertainment needs of the local community as well as the accommodation and business needs of the guests of the city of Ksala.
